Jason serves as President of Faith Custom Homes, Inc. - Founded in 1998 still operating locally under the same name.

Dawson grew up on the jobsite helping out as he could from the time he could walk.
He now serves as Vice President and helps out with construction management and quality control.

Nate married Kyli in 2016 and soon demonstrated an incredible grasp of the construction process. It was inevitable that Nate would get involved. He now serves as Vice President of Field Operations. He's the one you will likely see most on your jobsite.
